Introducing Meatball Bombs. First, you have to preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Need to be sure the bombs are good and cooked.

Next, you are going skin those lucky onions. Chop off the two ends, and cut in half. Save the largest parts for stuffing. Dice the rest.

Setting the onion layers aside, mix the ground beef, diced onion, parsley, mushroom, brown sugar, condiments, and bread crumbs in a large mixing bowl. Be sure to massage it like ya mean it.

Take that properly mixed morsel and divide it up into the onion shells.

The next part makes the bomb. Wrap the onion package in bacon. Depending on the size of the strips and onion, it should take about 3 slices per bomb. You can hold the bacon in place with a toothpick.
