Are You An Agent Whose Entire Brand Feels… Bleh?
Hello dearest real estate friend. Glad you could make it today. What I want to do here is simple – convince you to be yourself.
Thinking About Selling? These Are the Best Days to List Your Home
When you sell your home, you want it to sell as quickly and profitably as possible—and in order to make that happen, listing your property at the best possible time is an absolute must.
But when, exactly, is the right time to list?
According to data outlined in a recent REALTOR® Magazine article, the best days to list your home are in the middle of the week. Homes listed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays sell, on average, two days faster—and for $1700 more—than homes listed on the weekend.
The Takeaway:
So, what does this mean for you? If you’ve been thinking of selling your home, don’t wait until the weekend to get your property on the market; instead, list during the middle of the week—and sell your home quicker and for a higher profit as a result.
