First, you’d probably slap yourself to see if you’re dreaming, and ensure no one slipped you anything, because you’re looking at a friggin’ hobbit! Well, it’s highly unlikely that will happen, but the Welshman Simon Dale can show you the next best thing! He and his family built their very own homely hobbit hole in the Welsh countryside. How did he do it?
First he contracted Bilbo for the blueprints.
